At ADJ Electrical and Property Services we provide the complete installation services you require. From the initial design through to the installation, we will ensure your needs are met, and where it is impracticable to meet your needs, suitable and effective alternatives will be discussed.

All work will be completed wherever possible to the latest IEE Wiring Regulations (18th Edition 2018) and will be Part P registered under the NAPIT scheme. All appropriate verification and inspection certificates and documentation will be provided. 

Some examples of installation work we undertake are:

• Rewires (full or partial)
• Replacement Consumer Units (fuse boxes)
• Additional lights and sockets
• Power to garages, sheds and other outbuildings
• Garden lights
• Loft lights
• Smoke Alarms
• Fault finding and resolution

In 2021, following the successful full renovation of a 3 bedroomed house, we are now offering property services. Some examples of the property services we offer include:

• Non-structural building work (stud walls)
• Basic plumbing and tiling
• Laminate flooring
• loft boarding
• Simple landscaping and flag/slab laying
• Kitchen cupboards
• Simple carpentry (shelving and boxing in)

As for handyman services, we are happy to undertake and DIY jobs you don't have time to do or simply don't want to do, and these include:

• Painting and decorating
• Building flat packed furniture
• Cutting grass
• Putting up shelves, pictures, mirrors etc
